Homeowners' Association
The Homeowners' Association is
comprised of all the homeowners in the Village. A board is elected annually.
The members set their own budget and decide for themselves what services they
wish to include. Each time a home is sold or resold a fee of $4,000 is paid to
the Association to be put in its capital preservation fund. This money is set
aside to provide for the amenities the Village may wish to provide without
increasing the monthly fees.
